The Earthshot Prize is the most prestigious global environment prize in history, designed to incentivise change and help repair our planet over the next decade.

On 4 Nov, HRH Prince William and The Earthshot Prize unveiled this year’s incredible cohort of finalists – a group of extraordinary innovators and leaders from around the world. They each represent an extraordinary solution to one of greatest environmental challenges we face on Earth today: protecting and restoring nature, cleaning the air, reviving the oceans, building a waste free world, and fixing our climate.

While each finalist will receive support to scale their work, only five will go on to win The Earthshot Prize and £1 million, announced during an Awards Ceremony on 2 December in Boston.

Over the coming weeks, The Earthshot Prize will be shining a light on the finalists through a 5-part video series on YouTube produced by Studio Silverback in partnership with Little Dot Studios. Our team worked with remote crews on 5 continents to bring the finalist’s incredible stories to a worldwide stage.
